Repair procedure

Please send the item for repair

Please fill out your name, address, phone number, desired repair details and areas on a printed copy of the [Repair Application Form] below, or on a memo, etc., and send it along with your shoes.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note.

Repair product arrival/estimate

As soon as the repaired item is received, the person in charge will contact you via email to confirm the details of the repair, delivery date, and amount.

*We will contact you via email within one week after receiving the repaired product.

*If you have permission to receive or have specified reception settings, please register the email address below to the permitted address ( reception list).

*If you do not receive the email, please contact us using the inquiry form or the email address below.

Repair start ~ Repair completed

Once the repair is completed, we will send it back to you with cash on delivery.

Payment method

We will deliver cash on delivery via Sagawa Express e-collect.
Please pay when you receive the shoes.

*Cash or credit card can be used. *A cash on delivery fee of ¥1,100 will be charged for return shipping.
(For delivery to Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, and remote islands, the handling fee is ¥1,650.)

We cannot accept payment methods other than cash on delivery. Please be aware of this before applying.
